Delivery/Pick-up

We start delivering at 6:30 am and start picking up at 5:00 pm.  The standard rental time is 8 hours.  If you need your unit for a specific time, please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can try to accommodate your request. You can also request an “overnight" rental for an extra $50. 

Rain 

If you feel you need to cancel due to weather, please let us know ASAP so that we may get the unit re-rented. Many times rain showers pass quickly so you can enjoy your rental in the rain. If lightening occurs, please do not continue playing on the inflatable until the lightening stops and it is safe to return. DO NOT DEFLATE ANY OF OUR INFLATABLES, a fee of $50 will be added to any deflated units.

Requirements for set-up

We need a flat surface and we prefer grass area because it is safest for kids, but we can set up on concrete as well.  The unit must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet (some units require 2) in order to get adequate power to the blower as well within 100 feet of a water spout.   A blower MUST be plugged in the entire time.  The blower keeps air in the unit the entire time and once unplugged they deflate.  A fee will charged for any deflated unit.

Payment

We require payment in full at the time of delivery. We do not require deposits except on holidays. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Discounts

We offer school & church discounts, multiple unit discounts (1/2 off 2nd unit), multiple day discounts (1/2 off 2nd day). We also offer discounts on our Facebook page.

Weekday Rentals
